We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role provides critical support for daily operations, our medical providers, and partner mental health and drug & alcohol facilities through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ensures seamless communication and efficient workflows across teams and partner facilities.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy is required.
• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and clarity in every interaction.
• Highly proactive with the ability to work independently, manage complex workloads, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and medical records management is a plus.
• Prior experience in a medical facility, or in the mental health or substance use disorder field is a plus, but not required.
• Some college education is preferred.

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient coordination of patient care services.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams and contracted facilities for patient-related and administrative needs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Maintain calendars, coordinate schedules, appointments, and related communications across multiple platforms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing collaboration with new and existing facilities.
• Assist with billing and medication prior authorization processes as needed to support both administrative and clinical operations.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth workflows and a high level of service.
• Contribute to team coverage to sustain smooth and continuous operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.
