Licensed Couples and Family Therapist

Eligible candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses in California:

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
• Clinicians must be licensed and residing in California.
• Preferred candidates will have experience in a specialty area (e.g., couples therapy, trauma) and be comfortable working with diverse individuals.

Specialties are based on client demand. We prefer therapists specializing in, and experienced with, couples and family counseling.

Compensation can reach up to $125,400, depending on licensure, number of sessions, and bonus potential.

• Providing a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Assessing clients' emotional and psychological needs and creating treatment plans.
• Fostering a true partner relationship within the team.
• Considering growth opportunities into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Completing notes within 24 hours.
• Exhibiting strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, and adaptability.
• Collaborating with a team to further professional development.
