Your Role on the Team

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate patient services, communication, and follow-up for individuals receiving psychiatric or complex medical care.
  • Serve as a collaborative administrative partner to psychiatry providers, nursing staff, and front/back office teams.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and organize information to support continuity of care.
  • Manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive interactions professionally, and support overall clinic operations.
What It Takes to be Successful Required
  • Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of experience in mental health, psychiatry, complex medical, or healthcare administration, or equivalent combination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
Preferred
  • Experience working within a psychiatry or behavioral health setting or complex medical unit.
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery systems and sensitivity to mental health treatment stigma.
  • Familiarity with supporting transitional-aged populations.
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable managing difficult situations calmly and professionally.
