Job SummaryWe are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! In this role, you will make a difference in the community and in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

- 18 years of age or older.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a DMV printout stating a clean record with no DUI or reckless driving convictions. (Assistance with arranging transportation.)
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
- First aid and CPR certified.
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
