Homewatch Care Givers is looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers for local seniors in their homes!

We have several clients in Irvine, Tustin, and surrounding areas needing care a few days during the week and weekends. Shifts in these areas are 8am-12pm, 8am-1pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-4pm, 1pm-5pm, and some clients flexible to move schedule to meet needs of the right candidate! Prefer caregivers that are available at least Saturday or Sunday every week in addition to a few days during the week.

They will also have other shifts available when the other caregivers have time off or call off etc. FULL & PART Time options available.

• Communicate ongoing and changing needs and care for clients to the office
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and comfortable living environment for our clients
• Assist clients with daily living activities (safety, ambulation, showering/bathing, diapering/toileting, transfers, medication reminders, etc.)
• Meal Planning and Preparation
• Light Housekeeping & Laundry Assistance
• Ambulation and Transferring Assistance (Using walker/cane/wheelchair, transfer from bed to chair or chair to car, etc.)
• Bathing and Dressing Assistance (Sometimes standby assist and others full assist)
• Noticing and reporting clients change in condition (memory is worse, falling, weak, etc.)

• At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting, at another home care agency, or privately caregiving 1on1 in a clients home.
• Reliable vehicle, Valid Drivers License, and Current Car Insurance (Required at Hire)
• High school diploma or GED
• Home Care Aid License with the state of CA (Required at hire)
• Willing to travel a minimum of 25 miles for a shift (Especially in the beginning of hire - we need to see your work to give you consistent ongoing shifts!)
