Overview
Right at Home provides non-medical home care in client’s homes. This may include bathing them, helping them dress, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship (taking walks together, playing games, gardening). We also may drive clients to a doctor’s appointment, do errands for them, and do some light housekeeping. Right at Home is a Home Care Organization (HCO) and is registered with the State of California.
We do not require a current Home Care Aide registration to apply. If you are not registered, we will provide the necessary training and will process your registration, a state requirement for anyone who works for a home care company in California.

Responsibilities- Provide non-medical home care tasks as described (bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship).
- Assist with transportation to appointments and accompany clients as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and errands to support client comfort and safety.
- Engage with clients to enhance quality of life and well-being.
- Experience as a caregiver is GREAT. If you don’t have experience but have cared for a family member, you can do this work.
- Must have a HEART for caring for people.
- New to the business? We will work with you to get registered and provide the training you need to be successful in your role.
