A leading business law firm with 100+ and 12 offices is looking for a Capital Markets Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in securities (including SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A and private equity/ venture capital financing matters.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA Law School
• CA license, in good standing
• 3-5 years of experience in securities (including SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance), capital markets and corporate finance, corporate governance, M&A and private equity/ venture capital financing matters.
