• Provide clients with income tax audit representation and taxpayer education while minimizing the stress involved in dealing with the IRS or any tax authority
• Manage federal and state tax audit defense case loads
• Assist taxpayers in gathering documents and information
• Organize documents and prepare response packages for submission to IRS and state taxing authorities
• Draft correspondence
• Discuss cases and tax law with IRS and state agents
• Provide support work on team members’ audit cases

• Minimum 3 – 6 years of tax experience
• Active credentials for EA or CPA
• Extensive knowledge of tax laws
• Clear communication of tax-related issues
• Customer Service oriented with impeccable professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal skills
