The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan processing, underwriting, and compliance with federal regulations such as FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing laws. - Pre-screened, finance-focused prospects
- 20% commission — No NMLS license required
- 1099 – performance-based, uncapped earning potential
- 25%–35% commission — NMLS licensed (based on experience & performance)
- Senior Loan Officers
- Active NMLS license preferred
- Proven closing ability
- Experience with HELOC, DSCR, refi, or commercial products a strong plus
- Comfortable running a full pipeline independently
- No NMLS license required
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Coachable, organized, and motivated to grow
- Confident, professional, and ethical
- Comfortable working in a commission-only structure
- Able to manage leads and follow-up effectively
