The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loan processing, underwriting, and compliance with federal regulations such as FNMA, TILA, and Fair Housing laws. • Pre-screened, finance-focused prospects

• 20% commission — No NMLS license required
• 1099 – performance-based, uncapped earning potential
• 25%–35% commission — NMLS licensed (based on experience & performance)

• Senior Loan Officers

• Active NMLS license preferred
• Proven closing ability
• Experience with HELOC, DSCR, refi, or commercial products a strong plus
• Comfortable running a full pipeline independently
• No NMLS license required
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Coachable, organized, and motivated to grow

• Confident, professional, and ethical
