Sales Manager Assistant (Jr. Underwriting / Processing Experience Required)

We’re opening the door for a Sales Manager Assistant with junior underwriting or processing experience — someone who understands loan flow, thrives on organization, and wants hands-on exposure across both sales and operations
.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action, supporting Sales Managers while helping move loans smoothly from setup to lock.

• Pull credit and populate liabilities
• Assign mortgages to subject and rental properties
• Verify and apply correct payoffs to subject and rental properties
• Prep loans for lock eligibility
• Analyze income and run DU/LP
• Prep Full Doc loans for lock, PIW eligibility, and appraisal requirements
• Coordinate with lock desk on profile changes when needed
• Set up files for Loan Setup and ensure all required STIPs are uploaded and organized
• Assist with sales contests, team lunches, prizes, and internal initiatives
• Support Sales Managers with onboarding new hires, Dayforce tasks, scheduling, and general administrative needs

• Junior underwriting or mortgage processing experience
• Strong understanding of loan flow from application to lock
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
