As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC’s Mortgage organization, you will be based in the greater Orange County, CA region.
Ideal candidates will have a history of proven production. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Job Description- Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships. Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients. Responsible for sales calls.
- Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance. Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
- Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assess and effectively manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $37,440.00 – $37,440.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
