We seek a Financial Analyst with strong Financial Planning & Analysis experience to join our Enterprise Operations Finance team. This role is perfect for ambitious professionals looking to advance their careers in a dynamic, data-driven environment. What You'll Do

  • Partner with finance and business teams to conduct planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly financial variances and evaluate operational results to identify key trends and drivers that impact the P&L.
  • Support business unit leaders to align goals, timelines, performance expectations and interpret and draw meaningful insights to help drive business decisions.
  • Lead and enhance the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
  • Support long-range strategic planning and capital investment analysis.
  • Develop tools and dashboards to track KPIs and improve forecasting accuracy to inform stakeholders of key metrics and trends.
  • Contribute to special projects including acquisitions, profitability analysis, and process improvements.

Job Qualifications:

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 3 years of experience required in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel a must
  • Strong communication skills

    Able to explain complex financial data clearly and confidently to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment.

What Sets You Apart

  • Previous experience or exposure create presentations and delivering them to executives
  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion, Essbase/ Smart View
  • A track record of building financial modeling tools, simplifying processes, and driving results
