Salary $35 - $50 per hour

This is a high-impact contract opportunity with a well-known, highly respected organization headquartered in Irvine — recognized for its strong culture, collaborative teams, and long-term commitment to its people. We’re supporting a confidential client (a national leader in healthcare services) on a critical treasury reconciliation initiative. You’ll partner closely with the Treasury Manager and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, clarity, and confidence across treasury operations.

• Perform and support daily, weekly, and monthly credit card, expense report and AP reconciliations
• Research, analyze, and resolve reconciling items and discrepancies
• Assist the Treasury Manager with cleanup and documentation efforts
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate cash reporting

• Experience As a GL Accountant With Strong Reconciliation Skills
• Strong hands-on background with credit card, expense reports, AP reconciliations
• Comfortable jumping into an existing environment and adding value quickly
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
