The Portfolio Risk Manager is responsible for managing the portfolio analytics, tracking and monitoring of HCA’s delinquencies and credit losses, and the calculation of credit loss provisions under US GAAP, CECL, and IFRS 9 standards. This role will oversee month‑end and quarter‑end processes for financial reporting. In addition, this role will manage the mid‑month and annual loss forecasting establishing meetings with business stakeholders and developing new tools used with the loss model to increase forecast accuracy.
WhatYou Will Do
- Minimum 5–7 years progressive experience in Risk Management area within Consumer Financial Services.
- Automotive finance industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
- Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative background.
- Excellent skills in the area of quantitative analysis, statistical model development, and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of lending economics, credit risk, data analytics, industry trends, and key drivers of profitability and loss.
