Position Overview

The Condominium Administrator/Processor plays a critical role in supporting the condominium project review process. This position partners closely with Condominium Underwriters, HOAs, insurance providers, and internal operations teams to obtain, review, and manage all documentation required to determine condominium project eligibility. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with Condominium Underwriters to obtain additional documentation needed to support condominium project reviews and eligibility determinations.
  • Request, track, and follow up with Homeowners Associations, management companies, and insurance providers to secure required project documentation.
  • Upload, index, and organize all condominium documentation in the loan file accurately and in accordance with Kind Lending standards.
  • Review documents for completeness and identify missing items, inconsistencies, or potential eligibility concerns.
  • Communicate clear, professional written and verbal requirements to external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple files and priorities while meeting tight turn times and closing deadlines.
  • Provide regular status updates and proactively elevate issues that may impact loan timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and other applicable condominium project guidelines.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
  • 1–2 years of direct experience with condominium project documentation and eligibility requirements for Conventional and Government loan programs.

  • Master Insurance Policies
  • Budgets and Financial Statements
  • Inspection Reports
  • Litigation Documentation
  • Reserve Studies (preferred)
Skills & Attributes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with HOAs, insurance carriers, and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high volume with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
  • Proficient in loan origination systems and document management platforms.
Pay Disclosure

The starting base salary range for this position is $31 hourly. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Work Authorization

Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.
