Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst supports the company's real estate operations by preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights that guide strategic decision‑making. This role ensures financial accuracy, identifies performance trends, and delivers recommendations that improve business results.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and variance analyses.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting, partnering with internal teams to align financial plans with business goals.
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Support investment evaluations for acquisitions, capital projects, and other real estate opportunities.
• Build and manage financial models and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to track performance and generate insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, real estate, and other departments to gather data and support analysis.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial tools and reporting systems (Power BI preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus;
  Master s degree is a plus.
