- Support high-volume B2C retail transactions, including:
- Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
- Configure and support retail payment processing including:
- Credit/debit cards
- Digital wallets
- Cash, gift cards, store credits
- Handle payment authorization, settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback processing
- Integrate SAP with external payment gateways and payment service providers (PSPs).
- Configure billing types, billing plans, and invoice outputs
- Partial billing
- Advance payments
- Refund invoicing
- Support tax determination (VAT, GST, sales tax) relevant to retail operations.
- Design, configure, and support SAP O2C processes including:
- Sales order management
- Pricing & promotions
- Billing & invoicing
- Credit management
- Accounts receivable integration
- Ensure seamless end-to-end O2C flow from order creation to cash application.
