Senior Tax Manager (Public Accounting) – Hybrid

• Growing CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their team. The position offers diverse experience, challenging work,For quality of lifestyle balance, superior leadership & mentorship, and a great work culture.
• Work for a client base of closely and privately held corporations of various sizes from small to large, and multi‑state.
• Manage corporate client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance.
• Proficient in corporate taxation and consolidated tax returns.
• Work will encompass a wide variety of entities including C‑Corp, S‑Corp, LLC, and flow‑through.
• Handle federal tax issues and bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to meet clients’ specific needs.
• Be responsible for compliance, research, tax credits, fixed‑asset review, M&A due diligence, and acquisition & disposition planning.
• Assist in the calculation of tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Develop and sustain excellent client relationships.
• Keep up‑to‑date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
• Five years of experience in corporate tax.
• Excellent advisory and compliance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information.
