Senior Equity Analyst

Mitchell Anthony Capital Management ("MACM"), an Irvine-based portfolio management firm, is seeking a Senior Equity Large Cap Growth Analyst. The role requires five years of experience working at a growth shop. No quants or value analysts.

Location:

Irvine, CA.

The Senior Analyst will provide qualitative research to the Chief Investment Officer and collaborate with Portfolio Managers. The candidate will be directly responsible for all of the firm’s equity research, using tools such as Tegus, Bloomberg, and Street research, and will also support MACM’s trading and portfolio administration.

• Provide qualitative research to the COO and collaborate with PM.
• Lead all equity research for the firm.
• Support trading and portfolio administration activities.

• Ambitious individual able to see the big picture and think conceptually.
• Self‑starter capable of working with minimal direction in a small‑office environment.
• Organized, careful, and intuitive, understanding the critical importance of research to firm performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of fundamental research experience.
• Strong intuitive, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and generally adept with technology.
• Ability to work independently in a small‑office setting.
