Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
At PwC, our tax services team focuses on providing advice and guidance on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. In transfer pricing, you will provide guidance and support on transfer pricing matters, helping businesses establish appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and minimize dispute risks. You will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results.
You will motivate, coach, and solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and communicating clearly.
- Lead the development and execution of transfer pricing strategies.
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement work streams.
- Conduct functional analysis interviews and perform market studies.
- Strategize on local‑country tax authority transfer pricing audits.
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems.
- Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively.
- Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, or International Business.
- 6 years of relevant experience.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax/technology/finance credentials are preferred.
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Public Administration, or Finance.
- Proficiency in economic analysis and global tax issues.
- Leadership in functional analysis and market studies.
- Proficiency in pricing policies and market studies.
- Exceptional communication skills in client relationships.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services.
- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategies.
Salary range: $124,000 – $335,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
