We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate II (Level
2) who is experienced in investment account operations. As a member of the Investment Team, the Client Service Associate is responsible for overseeing investment operations which include administration and customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private wealth management, excellent attention to detail, proven ability to work in a true team environment and a track record of successfully prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will have integrity, be process oriented and assume ownership of tasks.
- New Business Administration & Client Account Operations – Setup and maintenance of new client investment accounts; compilation and completion of client, custodian, investment manager and internal firm paperwork; execution of client and firm tasks such as asset transfers; preparation and execution of alternative investment paperwork
- Client Data Management – keep systems (including CRM) up to date with current client information
- Client Service – Interface with clients to provide proactive and reactive ongoing client service, including but not limited to distributions, personal information updates and portfolio reallocations
- Advisor Support – execute directed initiatives and projects, as requested
- 5 to 7+ years of relevant professional experience within client service/investment operations in the financial services industry with knowledge of investment products
- Series 7 license preferred
- Basic understanding & familiarity with reading Trust & Corporate documents
- Familiar with Alternative Investment subscriptions documents
- Strong working knowledge of custodial platforms such as Pershing, Fidelity, Schwab, etc.
- Experience working with alternative investments and subscription documents
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload or proactively seek prioritization from manager
- Attention to detail is an absolute requirement
- Ability to provide excellent service while working directly with clients to accomplish necessary tasks
- Must function well and communicate well on a team with shared responsibilities
- Positive attitude, coachable spirit, superior customer service skills, strong initiative, critical thinking, flexibility, accountability and excellent communication (oral and written) skills a MUST.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

For CA based positions, the base salary range represents base salary range only. - Other Compensation:
