** You have a minimum of 10+ years of tax experience, preferably with a combination of Big Four public accounting firm and private industry experience and a minimum of 5+ years of management experience.
You have experience in reviewing federal and state tax work papers and tax filings for companies in a consolidated group with operations in various tax jurisdictions.
You have experience and have managed U.S. international tax compliance and analysis
You have demonstrated a deep understanding of tax and accounting principles; solid tax research skills; expertise with a broad range of tax issues from both a U.S. federal perspective and a local perspective; deep experience with book tax provisions, including ASC 740; experience assisting with tax audits.### Our compensation package is top tier.
