Retail Systems Support Administrator

REQUIREMENTS Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 – 3 years of experience with Epicor/Aptos, Retail Pro or other enterprise Point-of-Sale systems in a corporate environment; retail highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple process flows
• Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and other design software programs
