We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a talented Diablo Community Specialist, Editorial. This temporary role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with some presence on‑site in Irvine, CA, and some work‑from‑home flexibility. Ideal for passionate gamers and communication experts, this position presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized gaming franchise with a dedicated community.

Diablo Community Specialist, Editorial Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging player‑facing content such as blog posts, patch notes, and in‑game messages to enhance user experience.
  • Support content strategy development and actively participate in community engagement across social channels, responding to player feedback.
  • Adapt communication approaches to accommodate shifting priorities during various game development and live operation phases.
  • Collaborate with community teams and development staff to ensure messaging remains aligned with game updates and community expectations.
  • Oversee editorial schedules, asset sourcing, and localization efforts to ensure timely delivery of content across regions.
Diablo Community Specialist, Editorial

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Diablo titles and action role‑playing game mechanics, along with knowledge of community channels and content creators.
  • At least two years of experience in product or brand communication, copywriting, and community engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage editorial workflows, including content calendar management and milestone tracking.
  • Experience working with community feedback, generating reports on sentiment, and collaborating with development teams.
  • Proficiency with content publishing tools such as Contentstack, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, Sprinklr, or Wrike.
