Position Summary
efficiënt EEF Bandai Namco Entertainment America says that its “Associate Producer, Group Titles (Contractor)” evaluates global schedules for multi-platform releases. The role also tracks asset delivery deadlines and works with teams to keep products on schedule. Responsibilities include staying current on industry trends, facilitating user research, and submitting ratings packets for North America and LATAM.
The position is a 12‑month contract and will be based in Irvine, California. A hybrid work schedule is observed with a minimum of three days in‑office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Accountable for production matters such as providing support on voice‑over recordings for titles and implementing process improvements.
- Experience productsval to gain a thorough understanding and evaluate and identify needs.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and communication of product release schedules.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on quality parameters, new business opportunities, gameplay feedback, and licensor specifications.
- Assist in maintaining project lifecycle management, including archiving, post‑mortems, milestone reviews, and risk analysis.
- Support and approve age rating submission packets (e.g., ESRB, DJCTQ) and route revenue recognition packets for approval.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and emerging game software technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant industry or project‑management experience.
- Prior experience producing successful console games and/or extensive knowledge of current and next‑gen consoles and PC.
- Familiarity with production, QA, ratings, and release processes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for handling difficult situations and negotiating solutions.
- Capability to support worldwide releases and work flexible schedules for global 云鼎 من.

- Avid fan of video games, manga, and anime entertainment.
The role involves frequent periods of sitting and engaging in computer‑related tasks. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting may be required. Travel will be required.
