Do you love spreadsheets and what data tells you about your customers? We need a curious, data-focused Senior Product Manager to help inform the studio’s flagship production team.

The perfect candidate will understand the casual game market, have a passion for building great games, and be focused on delighting the customer. You will love data – what the customer is doing, when they are doing it, and why. You will work and train as a Product Owner to own features and new game development under the Director of Product to help guide the production team.

This position will work with game teams supporting an existing suite of Card and Parlor games that include some of the most played games in the world. The right candidate will work with the DOP and Product Owners to provide customer insight, create sound AB tests, and influence future features and game titles through their analysis of the competitive landscape. They will gain actionable feedback and transform it to successful results.

As a Senior Product Manager you will understand and own end-to-end delivery for major game systems or feature groups. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines to refine specs, drive timelines, and assess impact. Understand how to measure success through KPI performance on how it relates to the business goals. Senior PMs understand feature Expected Outcomes and how to deliver results.

• Understand and care deeply about our players and team
• Align stakeholders on priorities and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Continually analyze many sources of data to find new insights and opportunities
• Help provide insight into critical KPI’s such as games played, retention and revenue
• Work with data analysts to define events and event parameters, and create statistically sound AB Tests
• Can act as a Product Owners and influence their feature and new game roadmaps
• Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment
• Provide comprehensive competitive analysis of the casual mobile landscape

• At least 3 years of experience in game development (Online, Console, or Mobile)
• Demonstrable experience using data and analytics to both understand and meet customer and company needs.
• Define features and AB tests, write product specifications, and drive progress against stated business goals.
• Clearly communicate and execute on product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in departments across the studio.
• Work tirelessly with Producers to execute the roadmap.
• Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment.
• Share expert analysis of the casual mobile competitive landscape.
• Frequently communicate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders on expectations and progress.
