SAP - Production Planning - Digital Manufacturing Cloud - DMC - Manager - Consulting

Overview

We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. Regular travel to meet client needs is required.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Demonstrate strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams.
• Provide exceptional client service by tracking milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience in SAP manufacturing, with at least 3 years in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4
  
  HANA, particularly in Production Planning (PP) and Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver outcomes within critical deadlines; experience managing SAP projects or work streams in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices, benchmarking, and advisory roles related to industry-specific production, quality management, and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

• Consulting experience focusing on leading project teams.
• SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related production execution modules.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC), Quality Management (QM), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), Intercompany, PP/DS, MRP Live, POD, Labor Board, and analytics within DMC.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations in Digital Manufacturing Cloud alongside S/4 HANA capabilities.
• Experience with new SAP manufacturing offerings in S/4 HANA, including DMC and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
