The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs an EHS Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Responsibilities- Support site EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including regulatory reporting and tracking, while promoting a strong EHS culture and awareness of initiatives.
- Provide technical EHS support for new or modified equipment, new product introductions, incoming material approval, and management of change.
- Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of corrective actions to reduce risk, drive continuous improvement, and improve overall site performance.
- Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventative action development.
- Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions, including preparation, participation, and follow-up.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and two years of experience in EHS in a private, public, government or military environment.
- High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience in EHS in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with Plant Management and production employees.
- Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001.
- Experience with hazardous waste management, stormwater management, lock‑out/tag‑out, machine guarding, and/or emergency response teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other related credentials.

TravelMay include up to 5% domestic or international travel.

Compensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position in the United States is $85,200 – $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Benefits may include Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits.
