As an EHS Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

• Support site EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including regulatory reporting and tracking, while promoting a strong EHS culture and awareness of initiatives.
• Provide technical EHS support for new or modified equipment, new product introductions, incoming material approval, and management of change.
• Conduct risk assessments and support implementation of corrective actions to reduce risk, drive continuous improvement, and improve overall site performance.
• Assist with incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventative action development.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory interactions, including preparation, participation, and follow-up.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and two years of experience in EHS in a private, public, government or military environment.
• High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience in EHS in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with Plant Management and production employees.
• Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001.
• Experience with hazardous waste management, stormwater management, lock‑out/tag‑out, machine guarding, and/or emergency response teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other related credentials.

May include up to 5% domestic or international travel.

The expected compensation range for this position in the United States is $85,200 – $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
