Civil/Structural Engineer (Ph.D.) –
Civil & Structural Engineering Practice –
Irvine, CA – Full‑time – Salary: USD 116,000–130,000 per year.

• Inspect, analyze and determine root causes of structural/building envelope performance failures
• Conduct analytical and computer problem solving
• Perform field investigations and diagnostic surveys
• Prepare technical reports and presentations
• Pursue continued professional development toward establishing professional expertise

• Ph.D. in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related engineering field
• P.E. or S.E. license or ability to become licensed within two years in the State of California
• Excellent creative problem‑solving ability
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead and work in multi‑disciplinary teams
• Strong desire to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced consulting environment

Base salary range USD 116,000 – USD 130,000 per year. Additional compensation may include bi‑weekly bonuses for high‑intensity efforts, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
