The Opportunity:

We are searching for a visionary and deeply technical Director of R&D to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our core device components: the transcatheter delivery system (catheter), the implant, and the associated console.

We need a leader who is inherently hands‑on

  • Take ownership of the design, development, and integration of the transcatheter delivery system, implant, and console components, incorporating our novel on‑demand adhesion technology.
  • Actively engage in prototyping, experimental design, and bench testing to de‑risk and optimize the system, while demonstrating strong technical proficiency and problem‑solving skills throughout.
  • Develop and lead robust verification and validation strategies to ensure device safety and efficacy under tight timelines.

    .
  • Exceptional understanding of medical device testing methodologies and standards.
  • Strong clinical acumen
, including the abilities to interpret medical images and build effective working relationships with physicians and clinical staff.
  • Experience with novel materials, mechanisms, or adhesion technologies is a significant plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
