Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronic systems for medical device and automation products
. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on exposure to PCB design, hardware testing, and regulated environments
, looking to grow their engineering career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of PCB assemblies and electronic circuits
  • Support schematic capture, layout review, and BOM preparation
  • Perform electrical testing, debugging, and validation of boards and systems
  • Assist with automation equipment integration and troubleshooting
  • Support documentation activities including design records, test reports, and work instructions
  • Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams
  • Follow FDA, ISO 13485, and company quality system requirements
  • Support prototype builds, ECOs, and engineering changes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience or relevant internships/co‑ops
  • Basic knowledge of PCB design concepts and electronic components
  • Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and lab equipment
  • Familiarity with medical devices or industrial automation is a plus
  • Understanding of electrical schematics and circuit analysis
  • Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred

Skills:

  • Exposure to PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of embedded systems or firmware interaction
  • Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP)
  • Familiarity with automation systems, sensors, motors, or PLC basics
  • Hands‑on experience with prototype testing and failure analysis
