Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of electrical and electronic systems for medical device and automation products
. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on exposure to PCB design, hardware testing, and regulated environments
, looking to grow their engineering career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of PCB assemblies and electronic circuits
- Support schematic capture, layout review, and BOM preparation
- Perform electrical testing, debugging, and validation of boards and systems
- Assist with automation equipment integration and troubleshooting
- Support documentation activities including design records, test reports, and work instructions
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Follow FDA, ISO 13485, and company quality system requirements
- Support prototype builds, ECOs, and engineering changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience or relevant internships/co‑ops
- Basic knowledge of PCB design concepts and electronic components
- Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and lab equipment
- Familiarity with medical devices or industrial automation is a plus
- Understanding of electrical schematics and circuit analysis
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
Skills:
- Exposure to PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, Eagle, KiCad, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems or firmware interaction
- Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP)
- Familiarity with automation systems, sensors, motors, or PLC basics
- Hands‑on experience with prototype testing and failure analysis
