Material Flow Analysis, Tool Qualification - RFQ & Cost Estimation:
Initiate and manage RFQs, lead time analysis, and should-cost requests from internal stakeholders. - Supplier Engagement:
Use existing supplier matrix for quotations, negotiate terms, and award business. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with engineering, supply chain, and other teams to define sourcing strategies for NPI (New Product Introduction) and pilot projects. - Part
Qualification:
Manage internal qualification approvals for critical components. - Technical Understanding:
Interpret multi-level BOMs, engineering drawings, and specifications; communicate effectively with suppliers.
