Youwill join our Environment & Health department
As our new Entry Level Air Quality Consultant you will be part of the Air & Climate Service Line within Ramboll's Environment & Health Division. This group consists of like-minded individuals who are passionate about air and climate issues and assisting Ramboll's clients with their most challenging problems. The Air & Climate team consults with clients across various industries on a range of topics, including but not limited to emissions estimation, air dispersion modeling, human health risk assessment, climate change, permitting, and compliance.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Preparing emissions calculations
- Conducting air quality reviews of emissions reduction or control
- Assisting in preparing major and minor source permit applications and environmental impact reports
- Critically reviewing and interpreting local, state, and federal environmental regulations
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Atmospheric Science, or a science degree with air quality course work with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Strong computing skills including high level use of spreadsheets and word processing
- Strong written/verbal communication, problem-solving and organization skills
- Ability to understand and interpret environmental regulations
- Database and GIS skills are preferred but not required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $65,000 to $77,500. Pay within this…
