Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a leading civil engineering and design firm to find an experienced Civil Project Manager for their Santa Ana, CA office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized team shaping communities through innovative land development projects.

As a Civil Project Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers and designers to bring client visions to life. You’ll serve as a client liaison, technical expert, and team leader—managing everything from design to delivery. This role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to work on high-impact projects across grading, drainage, streets, utilities, and more.

• Lead civil design projects from concept to completion
• Interface with clients, develop proposals, and manage scopes and budgets
• Oversee design criteria, plan preparation, and agency approvals
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams
• Ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery of projects

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Active P.E. license
• 5+ years of experience in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Salary range : $120,000 – $150,000 / year
