Location:

Los Angeles, CA or Irvine, CA.

• Managing projects from initiation to completion, including providing technical support and conducting field investigations and analyses.
• Communicating project updates internally and externally.
• Ensuring deadlines are met and deliver exceptional work product.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities.
• Identifying and performing original research to advance knowledge in vehicle safety, technology, and accident reconstruction.
• Developing specialized expertise in on/off‑road vehicle and mobile equipment, including product safety, design, performance, and accident reconstruction.
• Traveling to and inspecting sites and equipment.
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Providing expert testimony in depositions and trials.
• Managing and growing client relationships.

• M.S., M.Eng, or Ph.D. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• 5+ years of full‑time experience in relevant technical fields.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license.
• Current legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship required.
• Experience testifying as an expert in mechanical engineering, safety engineering, accident reconstruction, failure analysis, or related areas.
• Ability to generate and manage business and client relationships.
• Ability to attract new business from existing clients.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop a high‑performing team.
• Extensive analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  
  Deep knowledge of dynamics and mechanics.
• Proficiency in software for modeling and analyzing technical problems.
• Excellent verbal and superior written communication skills.
• Dedication to quality work product and attention to detail.

• Base salary range: USD $166,500 to $194,000 per year.
