In this position, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple EV charging programs, from concept to maturity. You will work directly with the engineering, design, manufacturing, and commercial teams to drive successful execution. This opening is at our Irvine, CA facility and reports directly to our Director of Charging & Energy Systems.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple EV charging programs, from concept to maturity
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and commercial teams to drive successful execution
• Manage existing residential EV charger products, working closely with external partners and suppliers
• Collaborate with partners to develop product enhancements, new features, and cost‑reduction initiatives
• Work with cross‑functional software and systems teams on cross‑company charging initiatives and product rollouts

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree a plus
• 4+ years of experience in product development, with at least 2 years of experience in Project / Program Management
• Engineering program management experience in the charging, electric vehicle, or renewables power conversion industry is desirable
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with external vendors, including designers and manufacturers
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Compliance experience with UL/IEEE/SAE standards a plus
