Mechanical Engineer
Location: Irvine, California

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with R&D engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize advanced medical devices.
- Creating and validating test methods to ensure product reliability and safety.
- Engaging in device prototyping, testing, and validation processes.
- Utilizing CAD (Solid Works) for designing components and assemblies.
- Participating in 3D printing and catheter manufacturing processes.
- Conducting DFMEA assessments and performing product specification testing to meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the medical device industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, especially Solid Works.
- Experience in creating and validating test methods and device prototyping.
- Knowledge of DFMEA and product specification testing.
- Experience with catheter design and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with early‑stage device development and regulatory standards.
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
