Your Role- Lead major water and wastewater conveyance projects and programs from planning through construction.
- Work closely with external clients and stakeholders, support decision-making, and provide oversight of program schedules and budgets.
- Manage large inter-discipline teams of internal staff and subconsultant resources to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Lead a team that provides technical solutions focused on water distribution and transmission mains, pump stations, large-diameter pipelines, tunnels, wells, storage tanks, wastewater lift stations, trunk and force mains, and collection systems.
- Deliver comprehensive contract documentation for construction that achieves the client's goals and maximizes benefits to municipalities and utilities.
- Provide technical expertise leadership to develop relationships with clients and decision makers and to support marketing and business development, including pursuits, proposals, and project interview activities.
- Mentor professionals and grow the team by identifying, recruiting, and developing high-quality talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering;
- Registration as a Professional Civil or Mechanical Engineer required (California PE preferred, or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 10+ years of experience with water/wastewater conveyance systems, including demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong business development skills and proficiency in project management tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (~10%).
CA Salary: $126,000-$180,000 dependent on experience
