• Collaborate with software developers to integrate new software features at the vehicle level.
• Lead efforts to diagnose field issues and work cross‑functionally with various teams to drive resolutions.
• Define and execute vehicle test cases for new features.
• Create test scripts for post‑processing vehicle data.
• Gather data from communication systems commonly used in embedded systems such as CAN and Ethernet, and from vehicle telemetry stored in the cloud.
• Track feature maturity and develop a comprehensive catalog of regression test cases to ensure quality of released software.
• Root‑cause bugs identified during test and integration; propose robust solutions to address issues.
• Bring up software to support new vehicle programs.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience working with control systems – automotive or aerospace preferred.
• Working experience with communication bus monitoring tools (Vector CANalyzer, PCAN or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with EV subsystems, especially Thermal Management Systems.
• Experience with software calibration tools (Vector CANape or equivalent).
• Programming skills in Python and C/C++.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and apply creative and critical thinking to deliver exceptional results.
• Good team player with excellent communication skills.

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California based applicants: $107,000 - $133,700 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
