Job Description
  • Lead a team of highly experienced Customer Quality and Product Insights Engineers with primary focus on monitoring product performance at customer Integration and Field; identify problematic areas and issues that need quick resolution.
  • Ensure WD Quality leadership and Intimacy and Top Q  Customer Quality Rankings and Scores.
  • Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to resolve product related issues at customers.
  • Represent the Company, Quality Organization, and the Team in internal or customer‑facing meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and reliability and ability to drive issue resolution following 8D methodology.
  • High level of analytical skills, strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication (fluent in English, any other language is a plus) and presentation skills.
  • Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations.
  • Flexible to meet the demands of the role.
  • Quick learner—can pick up new tools for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Storage industry with at least 5+ years of management experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of professional experience.
  • Customer facing is preferred but not required.
