Terra Nova Church is searching for a Teaching Pastor who will thrive in a primary speaking role and has the ability to engage skeptics, far-from-God, and the de-churched. Additionally, this leader understands that great preaching leads to application and life-change.

• Participate as a key leader on the staff team: from contributing to vision & culture, to providing support and supervision.

• Able to effectively (and repeatedly) communicate the Scriptures in a way that is both biblically faithful and culturally accessible.
• Excited about helping people find faith and begin to follow Jesus.
• A team player, emotionally intelligent, and resilient.
• Relational and enjoy walking through life with the people you're serving.
• Ready to partner with a Lead Pastor whose focus is vision, culture, leadership development, and strategy.

• A mature Christian faith, theological depth, and humility & integrity.
• Proven preaching/teaching experience.
• Ministry leadership experience (church, nonprofit, or related setting).
• Seminary training or equivalent theological education preferred.
• Strong cultural awareness and communication instincts are essential.

• Status: Full-Time
• Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 (depending on experience)
