Seeking compassionate professionals to provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support for students in a structured school environment. This per diem role offers flexible assignments based on school coverage needs, ideal for individuals who want to contribute meaningfully to student success on their own schedule.

• Irvine, California

• Provide individualized and small-group academic assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Support students’ behavioral and social development within classroom settings
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, mobility, and supervision
• Implement behavior support plans and follow individualized education programs (IEPs) as applicable
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Ability to pass required TB test and obtain necessary clearances prior to starting
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed

• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented attitude
