Concord Preparatory School seeks an accomplished and relational enrollment leader who excels in communication, strategic thinking, and community engagement. The Director of Admission will play a pivotal role in articulating and advancing the school’s vision by guiding families through a thoughtful and mission-aligned admission experience. This individual will integrate data-informed strategies with a deep understanding of the independent school environment to strengthen the school’s enrollment outcomes and community presence.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Strategic Enrollment Management
- Lead all phases of the admissions cycle—from initial inquiry to matriculation—ensuring that every prospective family receives a responsive, personalized, and professional experience.
- Analyze enrollment data and key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making, evaluate progress toward institutional goals, and refine recruitment tactics.
- Oversee the accuracy and effective use of CRM and related data systems to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance engagement and ensure clarity for prospective students and their families.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, consultants, and other partners to expand awareness and strengthen referral networks.
- Represent Concord Prep at outreach functions, fairs, conferences, and community events, serving as a prominent advocate for the school’s mission, programs, and culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and families to help connect students with external enrichment opportunities and community resources.
- Design and manage key admissions events—including open houses, campus previews, and prospective student visit days—ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing Department to develop cohesive messaging, digital content, and promotional initiatives that reflect enrollment priorities.
- Administer the admissions and local marketing budgets responsibly, ensuring data-driven investment and measurable returns.
- Produce timely reports for senior leadership, including enrollment projections, trend analyses, conversion metrics, and retention insights.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, demographic shifts, and competitive developments within the independent school sector.
- Evaluate current practices and implement improvements to enhance admissions operations and strengthen family engagement.
- Contribute actively to the school’s leadership team, ensuring that enrollment strategies support Concord Prep’s broader educational mission.
- Foster a collaborative, professional, and service-oriented culture within the admissions office.
- Uphold and promote the school’s core values of integrity, inclusivity, and excellence in all admissions-related responsibilities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in admissions, enrollment management, outreach, or client relations.
- Background in independent or private school settings strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in partnership development and meeting enrollment or growth targets.
