Media Specialist

Location:

Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr

Schedule:

Mon to Fri (8am-5pm) - 100% On-Site

Type:
Temporary for 3 month project

• Support the Media team with the planning, execution, and integration of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 media
• Support with the development of upcoming year-long 2026 media plans across all channels
• Work closely with agency partners to ensure deliverables across all campaigns are received
• Help maintain internal documents (i.e. flowcharts, trackers, KNA documents)

• Media planning/buying experience (Linear, Print, Out of Home), preferably within the auto category but not a must
• Understanding of digital media planning along with measurement and analytics to include search and programmatic
• Hands-on experience with budget/financial software, and collaboration tools
• Demonstrated project management and integration experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
