The University of California, Irvine School of Law Master of Laws Program is inviting qualified lecturers to teach courses in the American Law LL.M. Program and the Graduate Tax Program. The LL.M. program serves legal professionals educated and/or licensed outside the United States, offering a rigorous academic curriculum, clinics, journals, externships, and other practical opportunities. The Graduate Tax Program provides a unique LL.M. curriculum focused on doctrinal depth and practical skills for careers as tax attorneys, judges, tax administrators, policy advocates, or to enhance tax skills for existing tax professionals.

General duties include teaching, holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (syllabus, handouts, exercises, exams), and maintaining a course website. QualificationsBasic qualifications (required at time of application):
Candidates must have a J.D. degree, J.D. degree or equivalent international degree, or a Ph.D. degree, or be enrolled in a Ph.D. program (or international equivalent) at the time of application.
