Evaluation Teacher

Think Academy Irvine is looking for an Evaluation Teacher. In this role you will conduct diagnostic math assessments and follow up with parents. The position also serves as a training and development opportunity for future full‑time content teachers.

• After training, conduct math diagnostic tests for students of different grade levels, explain results to parents, and recommend appropriate courses.
• Follow the campus SOP to grade, record, and archive test results.
• Support student enrollment by answering parent questions about class schedules and curriculum.
• Participate in teacher training sessions and classroom observations; provide make‑up tutoring for certain grades to build experience for future teaching roles.
• Assist with and participate in other campus events as needed.

• Passionate about education and enjoys working with children, with a willingness to grow in the education field.
• Open to all majors; candidates majoring in Education, Math, Science, or Engineering are preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s students or graduates are welcome.
• Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and good customer service awareness; able to communicate effectively with parents.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred.
• Must be available at least 10–15 hours per week and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends.

• Hourly rate: $20–25/hour.
• Outstanding performers may be promoted through the long‑term development pathway (Part‑time → Full‑time Instructor).
