Strategic & Clinical Leadership

• Provide executive oversight for Perioperative Services and OR management.
• Elevate quality, safety, and reliability across the perioperative continuum.

Clinical Operations & Workforce Optimization

• Oversee daily operations for two campuses.
• Optimize anesthesiology staffing models for inpatient and outpatient ORs.
• Improve scheduling, case mix, room utilization, and throughput.
• Recruit, retain, and mentor anesthesiology faculty and CRNAs.

CRNA Team Collaboration

• Strengthen MD–CRNA team‑based practice with clear scopes and shared goals.
• Support CRNA development and workforce planning.

Quality, Safety, and Growth

• Lead initiatives to enhance safety, access, and patient experience.
• Apply OR performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Translate anesthesiology market trends into actionable strategy.

• MD or DO, Board‑Certified in Anesthesiology;
  California licensure eligible.
• Proven leadership in a complex, high‑acuity perioperative environment.
• Expertise in OR staffing, scheduling, productivity, and throughput.
• Experience collaborating with and leading CRNAs.
• Strong recruitment, retention, and team‑building track record.
• Deep understanding of anesthesiology marketplace dynamics.

Base Salary: $450,000–$850,000, plus leadership incentive program.
