What You'll Do
You'll partner closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and clients across all project phases - from early concept and programming through construction administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Shaping design direction to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals
- Developing thoughtful, client-centered interior solutions
- Coordinating interior architecture with internal teams and external partners
- Preparing and presenting finish palettes and design concepts
- Producing detailed project documentation in Revit
- Managing FF&E specification and procurement
- Supporting construction administration efforts
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong studio culture
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- 5-10 years of professional interior design experience
- NCIDQ accreditation
- Experience on large-scale, complex projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution
- High proficiency in Revit (rendering experience required; Enscape preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working directly with clients and consultants
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Healthcare environments

- Project management exposure

- $70,000-$100,000 base salary, depending on experience
