Our dynamic design team delivers comprehensive solutions across digital advertising, packaging, video, email, and social campaigns, supporting multiple business units. We leverage data-driven insights and advanced tools to develop strategies that enhance Walmart’s market presence. By collaborating with cross-functional partners, we execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive business success and foster continuous improvement. This is an on-site role in our Irvine, CA location that requires 5 days a week in‑office.

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, digital content, packaging, and branding collateral.
• Lead creative innovation, introduce best practices, and champion emerging technologies like AI to enhance workflows.
• Manage cross‑functional communication, ensuring alignment on graphic strategy and timely project delivery.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop), Figma, and visual design principles.
• Proven experience in brand development, digital, and print design—preferably in consumer electronics, entertainment, or agency settings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver user‑focused, visually compelling solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional collaboration and team development.
• Effective communication skills and a passion for creative excellence.
