Description
Seeking a detail oriented and organized Associate Producer to manage production workflows for a physical or boxed product program. This role coordinates work streams across Brand Marketing, Marketing Creative Production, Sales, Consumer Products, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery from initial planning through final execution.
Project Leadership- Manage the full production lifecycle for a physical or boxed product program, including scoping, planning, development, and delivery.
- Ensure briefs are complete, actionable, and aligned with product marketing and business objectives.
- Lead project communication with clear updates, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Serve as the central point of contact connecting Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Marketing Creative Production, Sales, Consumer Products, and Operations.
- Coordinate development of product components, artwork workflows, approvals, and asset readiness.
- Drive alignment on specifications, timelines, resourcing, and stakeholder requirements.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverable tracking.
- Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or roadblocks across creative, production, and operational teams.
- Track approvals and ensure assets meet brand and quality standards.
- Support documentation and material delivery to Operations teams and production partners.
- Manage SKU documentation, technical specifications, and required handoff files.
- Coordinate Marketing Creative Production resource needs for artwork, packaging, and supporting creative.
- Keep parallel work streams synchronized and maintain milestone readiness.
- 5 years of experience in production, project management, or operations within gaming, entertainment, marketing, or consumer products.
- Familiarity with creative development workflows, packaging development, or product production processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office or G Suite.
- Knowledge of retail packaging, production, or supply chain workflows.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Creative Suite.
This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
